Conference rooms are sized based on the number of concurrent users, that is, the number of people who can be simultaneously logged into the room. The number of participants is shown in the status bar of the conference room:

When your conference room is at its maximum capacity, users attempting to enter receive a message to that effect:

The title of the “room full” message box corresponds to the title assigned to your room in the Room Control Panel.
